🖐️ Hands-On Learning in PAWS Time! 🤖✨
2nd graders in Mrs. Arroyo's PAWS group got an inside look at how their hands work—exploring the function of tendons, muscles, and joints! To bring their learning to life, they built robot fingers, showing firsthand how tendons pull to make fingers bend.

🚀 Cracking the Code in STEM Lab! 🥚✨
Mrs. Armstrong's 4th graders took on an egg-citing challenge—designing and building harnesses to transport eggs safely down a zip-line! Along the way, they explored concepts like friction, gradients, and weight distribution, putting their creativity and problem-solving skills to the test.
We love seeing our Wildcats shine as they tackle hands-on STEM projects with enthusiasm and innovation! 🌟

In their CKLA curriculum, Mrs. Chism’s class has been learning about plants! They read that a tree adds a new layer of wood each year and that this new layer that forms is called a growth ring. You can tell exactly how old a tree is by counting the rings. Recently some trees were cut down and removed from our playground, so they took the opportunity to go explore their growth rings on this beautiful day! 🪵🌳☀️😻
