A Note from our HCES Nurse, Ms. Jeanne Crosby...
Good morning!
If you received a letter regarding vaccinations/kindergarten physicals, remember those have to be done and turned in by Oct. 31st. Or at least have an appointment made by Oct. 31st to have this done. November 1st your child will not be able to attend school. This is state law.
If you have received a medical diagnosis letter, please have the doctor's office send a statement for the reason your child is on medication so we can determine if your child needs assistance at school.
The week of Oct. 17th I will be doing hearing/vision on Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 4th grade students. If your child wears glasses, please make sure they have them for the vision screening.
Lastly, if you haven't turned in your medical form to me please do so. This is important information to have on file for any emergencies.
If you have any questions, please contact me at 501-653-5912, or via email at ccrosby@bryantschools.org .
Thank you for letting me take care of your kiddos!

Don't miss this opportunity!
