BUS UPDATE: WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 15
The ONLY bus route still being impacted by road conditions is Route 77 (Lake Norrell/W. Lawson Road Route). Parents should pick up students at Avilla Grocery today (Wednesday) at 4:10pm and drop off students at 6:45am on Thursday morning. We anticipate the route returning to normal on Thursday afternoon. All other routes will run as scheduled.
Due to road conditions, the following bus routes will have alternate pick up locations on Wednesday morning, January 15:
ROUTE 77 - Lake Norrell/W. Lawson Road Route
Students normally assigned to this entire route meet at Avilla Grocery at 6:45am.
ROUTE 39 (DES) - Valley Ridge/Ridge Pass Bus Stop
Students meet at Southview/Skyline at 6:45am.
ROUTES 107 (BMS), 106 (BJHS), 32 (BHS) - Valley Ridge/Ridge Pass Bus Stop
Students meet at Southview/Skyline at 6:55am.
We will assess road conditions on these routes around noon on Wednesday. Please monitor email, text and social media for drop off locations and times in case roads do not improve throughout the day.

In the interest of safety, we are making changes to the following bus routes/stops for the afternoon of Tuesday, January 14:
ROUTE 71 - Blue Bird Sardis Bus Stop
Parents should pick up students at the intersection of Blue Bird Sardis/N. Sardis at 4:15pm.
ROUTE 77 - Lake Norrell/W. Lawson Road Route (SES, Secondary)
Parents should pick up students at Avilla Grocery at 4:10pm.
ROUTE 39 (DES) - Valley Ridge/Ridge Pass Bus Stop
Parents should pick up younger students at Southview/Skyline at 3:45.
ROUTES 107 (BMS), 106 (BJHS), 32 (BHS) - Valley Ridge/Ridge Pass Bus Stop
Students will be dropped off Southview/Skyline at the following times:
Route 106 (BJHS) - 3:30pm
Route 107 (BMS) - 3:37pm
Route 32 (BHS) - 3:50pm
We will evaluate road conditions at 6pm today and message parents regarding any changes on Wednesday to these routes.
Bryant Schools will be in session on Tuesday, January 14. Due to road conditions, some bus routes and stops have been modified to ensure the safety of our students. Many of our drivers have already contacted parents about minor changes to bus routes. Here are some additional changes which have not previously been communicated to parents:

We have been closely monitoring the weather forecast and its potential impact on our area. As of now, all Bryant schools will begin as scheduled on Thursday, January 9, but will DISMISS EARLY at 1:00PM. Activities and athletic events for the day are canceled.
If weather or road conditions warrant and we need to dismiss earlier or close for the day, we will notify families as soon as possible. Please watch for updates through our usual communication channels.

Seventy-one students from the Class of 2025 will take a big step toward their future as they graduate from Bryant High School on Thursday, December 19, 6pm, at the Fine Arts Center. Family and friends are invited to join the celebration of this significant milestone.
