Bryant Public Schools proudly celebrates the talents of our team members and students who exemplify being BOLD—embracing new opportunities with confidence, BRAVE—inspiring each other to reach new heights, and BRYANT—thriving in academics, arts, and extracurriculars.
The Bryant Theatre Company recently achieved a remarkable milestone with its production of Hadestown: Teen Edition. Directed by Jeremy Clay and musically directed by Tanner Oglesby, it marked one of the first times a high school produced Hadestown:Teen Edition and the duo’s first fall musical.
This ambitious production was a community effort. Jeremy Clay’s set design was brought to life by parents and students who constructed and painted every detail. Students led backstage operations, managing costumes, makeup, lighting, sound, and stage management with exceptional creativity and leadership.
Under Tanner Oglesby’s direction, the live band added powerful energy to the show, creating a dynamic and immersive experience. The student cast mastered lines, vocals, and choreography, while the creative team crafted costumes, props, lighting, and sound design. The result was a visually stunning and emotionally resonant production that captivated audiences.
This production of Hadestown: Teen Edition is a testament to the strength of Bryant’s Fine Arts program and the leadership of Jeremy Clay and Tanner Oglesby. It showcased the power of collaboration, creativity, and commitment from students and staff. Bryant Public Schools is proud of our students, staff, and the entire Fine Arts community for bringing this unforgettable production to life.
