🎶🎸 The Back to School Celebration Dance was a blast last Saturday! ✨🪩✨ We hope our Bethel Hornets had so much fun hanging out with friends and making memories!! #bethelfamily

💙 At Bethel Middle School we celebrate kindness and giving back to our community. Today was the last day of our Peanut Butter Drive and we have a special story to share...
Mrs. Weaver, one of our 6th grade math teachers, shared a story with her 1st period class to challenge them to bring the most peanut butter donations this year. Sam, one of her students, was so inspired by her story he told his mom that he wanted to use the money he had earned for good grades to purchase peanut butter! Sam's mom was so moved by his decision, she decided to match his donation!
Way to go Sam, his mom, and Mrs. Weaver for giving back and paying it forward! 💙 #bethelfamily #bethebest #bryantproud

💛 September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month 💛
Today some of our Bethel Middle School students and staff decided to #GoGold by making a donation to Arkansas Children's Hospital and wearing our gold clothing and accessories! #bethelfamily #gogold

Tomorrow, September 29th, will be the last day we are collecting Peanut Butter for the Peanut Butter Drive!

Reminder: Bethel Middle School will dismiss early at 2:00 PM tomorrow, September 28th for Parent/Teacher Conferences. During Parent/Teacher Conferences, our Book Fair will be open for a Family Night from 2:00-6:00 PM in the library!

🎉 Congratulations to our Behavior Matrix Winners for this week, Cevin, Sandy, and Beatriz! They showed leadership by practicing our S.W.A.R.M. expectations at school! We are so proud of them! #bethebest #bryantproud

Over the past 3 years, Bethel educators on the Apple Vanguard team supported the successful integration of iPads at our school. They were recognized at last week's school board meeting for their accomplishment and we want to show our appreciation! Thank you Mrs. Reaves and Mr. Tedder and not pictured, Mrs. Rutherford, Ms. Stratton, and Mrs. Weaver! #bryantproud #bethebest

Our students worked together to create an awesome "unified" picture today with a drone to promote Special Olympics Arkansas! Bethel Middle School is a Unified Champion School that participates in the Special Olympics program each year. We wish our students the best of luck at their upcoming events! 💙💙💙 #bryantproud #bethebest #SOArkansas

The Bryant School Board meets monthly. Following each regular meeting, Bryant Public Schools will post a School Board Recap to give parents and community members user-friendly information about decisions being made at school board meetings.

Mrs. Penn's and Mr. Christmas' 6th grade science classes traveled through the water cycle today as water droplets. Unfortunately, some of them got stuck in a glacier, in the ocean, or underground! They had so much fun learning during this interactive lesson!

Have you completed a meal application? The online application only takes a few minutes and is the fastest, easiest way to get approved. Paper applications may also be picked up and returned to any school office or cafeteria. Apply at bryantschools.org/page/food-service.

Mrs. Frisby's 7th grade art students have been using the grid method to create shoe drawings while learning about proportion. We love seeing all of the wonderful artworks created by our Bethel artists! 💙🎨 #bethebest #bryantproud
