At Bryant, being BRAVE means overcoming challenges and inspiring others to reach new heights. Parkway Elementary Assistant Principal Leslie Smith has been working with 5th grader Christopher Palma to improve his reading skills. Determined to help him succeed before middle school, Mrs. Smith created a daily reading routine and a sticker chart to celebrate his progress. Christopher’s confidence has soared, and he recently earned his first perfect score on a reading comprehension quiz. Mrs. Smith’s dedication is a testament to the quiet yet powerful impact educators can have. She inspires us all to BE BOLD, BE BRAVE, and BE BRYANT. Learn more 🔗 bryantschools.org/article/1877324

Building Confidence
Being BOLD at Bryant means daring to take risks, thinking creatively, and confidently seizing new opportunities. Bryant High School’s strong computer science program is breaking new ground this year with a course called Computer Science Independent Study, led by teacher Brenda Qualls. This unique class empowers four students—Jackson Koon, JC LeCompt, Carson Maurer, and Brasen Winchell—to independently design, code, and implement a single application over the entire school year, following an approved educational plan. This approach is a bold new game plan for our high school, where students are putting their technical skills to work in creative problem-solving. By taking risks and embracing challenges, they’re preparing for even more opportunities beyond graduation. At Bryant, we are proud of educators like Mrs. Qualls, who create innovative learning experiences, and of students who rise to the challenge. Every day, they inspire us all to BE BOLD, BE BRAVE, and BE BRYANT. Learn more 🔗 bryantschools.org/article/1873739

Bryant Junior High FCCLA students volunteered at the Arkansas Foodbank, making a difference for local families. They boxed donated food for food pantries and sorted bulk potatoes – all to support families in need. Together, they processed enough food for over 9,500 meals! 🥔📦 FCCLA is more than just a club; it's a Career and Technical Student organization dedicated to building community leaders. We are #BryantProud of our students for their hard work and service! 💙
