REMINDER: A Remote Learning Day is coming up on Monday, February 15. All students (K-12) will learn at home.

Mayor Allen Scott has declared February 12, 2021, as “Bryant Hornet Day” to honor the accomplishments of the Hornet coaches, staff, and players in winning three consecutive 7A State Football Championships. The day, 2-12, was chosen for the mantra of the Hornets, #Be212. The 212 vision signifies the effort and work ethic it takes to be the best at what you do, a message we can all embrace. Join us in showing your Hornet Pride by wearing Bryant Blue and/or Hornet fan gear on Friday, February 12. Take a photo and post on your social media accounts, using #Be212, #HornetPride, or #BryantHornetDay. Be sure to tag us in your post! We also encourage you to email photos to info@bryantschools.org. Bryant Schools do not accept deliveries at school on Valentine’s or any other special days. We love our Hornets, too, but deliveries interrupt the learning taking place in our classrooms. Please share gifts with your children at home. Have a Happy Valentine’s Day!

We are so thankful for our Bryant School Board leaders! This #Teamof7 is an incredibly-hard working group of volunteers who constantly put our students and staff first. To equip school board members with the necessary knowledge to fulfill their responsibilities, board members receive annual training. Our board members completed 82 training hours in 2020. We want to remind parents to contact the District Point of Contact at 501-414-6647 or bryantpointofcontact@bryantschools.org to report a positive COVID-19 case with your student or within your family. Reports should also be made if your child has been identified as a close contact with a positive case outside of school (church, family members, gyms, etc.). It is also important that if a parent tests positive, the children who live in the home with them are quarantined. Please call the POC even if you are unsure if you should. It is always better to be cautious in situations where the safety of others is concerned. We appreciate your help in keeping our Hornet family healthy.
