After three years as assistant principal at Collegeville Elementary, Victoria Carter is thriving as the new principal. Encouraged by her peers to pursue leadership, she embraced the role to grow as a leader. “I’m honored to work with the best staff and students at Collegeville—they keep me inspired and motivated,” she shared.
Mrs. Carter’s vision is to foster a collaborative culture, where strong relationships and the unique talents of staff are key to student success. “Together, we’ll make students our top priority, ensuring they are safe, happy, and able to learn at high levels,” she said.
Collegeville is a Capturing Kids’ Hearts National Showcase School, recognized for prioritizing students' social and emotional well-being. “Students deserve to feel welcomed, cared for, and safe. Our teachers and staff go above and beyond to make sure they feel valued. We have high expectations for all students and celebrate their successes,” Mrs. Carter explained.
She emphasizes maintaining high learning standards through collaboration and data-driven instruction. “Each student has unique needs, and we are committed to meeting them while holding high expectations for all our Wildcats. Every student receives grade-level instruction daily, and if additional support is needed, we plan targeted interventions,” she added.
In her first three months as principal, Mrs. Carter has demonstrated a strong commitment to creating a positive and inclusive school environment at Collegeville. Thank you, Mrs. Carter, for your dedicated leadership!
