Another outstanding long-time Bryant employee is Becky Williams, who has served the district as an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an impressive 34 years, working with students from early childhood through high school.

“When I started working in the schools in 1990, I was the only OT in Bryant, Benton, Bauxite, Harmony Grove, Lakeside, Magnet Cove, and Arkadelphia. Back then, OT services followed a medical model of direct service, but over the years, they've evolved into an educational model. Now, there are hundreds of OTs supporting the educational system," she said. Becky hopes that all therapy services will continue to strive toward inclusion.

“I loved being part of Bryant Schools. This is an exceptional district that loves and supports our students with special needs,” Becky shared.

Becky’s husband of 37 years, John, is also retiring after nine years at Bryant as a Special Education Bus Monitor. Together, they have two daughters and two granddaughters, all proud Bryant Hornets.

As Becky bids farewell to the district, she leaves with a heart full of gratitude for the friendships she's developed and the students she has served over the years. She eagerly looks forward to creating new memories with her grandchildren and enjoying peaceful days spent fishing.
