The Lady Hornets had been off a week since a disappointing 31-28 loss to North Little Rock in a first-place showdown. They came back on Thursday to run past the Conway White Lady Cats, 40-10 as they improved to 16-3. Continued
The Bryant White Hornets eighth grade team of Bryant Junior High bounced back from a disappointing loss to North Little Rock last week with a 46-28 win over the Conway White Wampus Cats to close out their season on Thursday.
Kellen Robinson poured in 27 points in the game, second only to his 30 againt Lake Hamilton on Jan. 16. Continued
LITTLE ROCK — Taking a break from Central Arkansas Junior High Conference play, the Bryant Hornets freshman team earned a 52-30 win over the Little Rock Central Tigers on Monday night.
James Billingsley and Cory Nichols combined for 25 points in the victory, which improved the Hornets to 10-9 overall going into their last two regular-season conference games. They host Conway White on Thursday then visit Benton on Monday, Feb. 10. The CAJHC championship tournament will be held in Conway starting Feb. 17. Continued
HOT SPRINGS — The Bryant Blue Hornets eighth grade team roared back from a 16-point deficit to get within 3 points of the Hot Springs Trojans on Thursday night. With four seconds left, they had the ball with a chance to tie. But a turnover cost them as Hot Springs held on for a 39-33 victory.
On Tuesday, the Hornets 48-35 loss to Cabot South at the Bethel gym. Continued

The Lady Hornets were 5 of 16 from the stripe in a 31-28 loss to the North Little Rock Lady Charging Wildcats in a battle for second place in the Central Arkansas Junior High Conference. Continued
After the first 10 games of the 2019-20 season, the Bryant White Lady Hornets eighth grade team was 5-5. But since a Jan. 9 loss to North Little Rock Gold, the Lady Hornets closed out the season with seven wins in a row, capped by a 31-16 victory over Little Rock Blue on Thursday night at the Bryant Middle School gym.
