After suffering a 32-25 loss at Cabot North on Dec. 17, the Bryant White Lady Hornets eighth grade team of Bryant Junior High got a chance for a little payback on Tuesday night and came away with a 41-30 victory as Brilynn Findley pumped in 26 points. Continued

In a wild scramble of a fourth quarter, the Benton Lady Panthers freshman team got within a point of the Bryant Lady Hornets twice. Initially, it came with 1:51 left to play on a free throw by Wesleigh Ferguson. She missed her second shot, but teammate Alyssa Houston rebounded only to miss a contested follow. Continued
PEARCY — The Bryant Lady Hornets freshman team captured the championship of the 2020 Kameron Hale Invitational Tournament with a 31-18 win over the host Lake Hamilton Lady Wolves on Saturday.
Bryant used a 10-2 run through the second quarter to take control of the game after leading 7-4 through the first period. It was 21-12 going into the fourth quarter. Continued
PEARCY — The Bryant Lady Hornets freshman team will play for the championship of the annual Kameron Hale Invitational Tournament today at 4 p.m., against the host Lake Hamilton Lady Wolves.
Bryant advanced with a 38-27 win over the Mena Junior Ladycats on Friday after an early struggle. Continued
PEARCY — The Bryant Lady Hornets freshman team out-scored the Arkadelphia Lady Badgers 22-4 in the first quarter and rolled to a 43-23 win in their opener at the annual Kameron Hale Invitational Tournament at Lake Hamilton High School on Thursday. Continued
BEEBE — When Ivory Russ opened the second quarter with a three-point play, the Bryant Lady Hornets only trailed the Cabot Lady Panthers 13-10. But, from that point until the end of the first half, the Lady Hornets went into a shooting slump.
Mady Scifres hit a 3 with 1:59 left for Bryant’s only points while the Lady Panthers scored 20, finishing the half with a 33-13 lead on the way to a 61-42 victory to capture the championship of the Beebe Holiday Classic on Monday night. Continued
BEEBE — Tierra Trotter hit 5 of 6 free throws in the final 1:05 as the Bryant Lady Hornets held on for a 53-51 win over the Beebe Lady Badgers on Saturday to advance to the championship of the Beebe Holiday Classic. On Monday at 7 p.m., the Lady Hornets will take on 6A-Central Conference rival Cabot for the championship. Continued
