Bryant Public Schools Substitute Information


Bryant Public Schools has partnered with Kelly Educational Staffing (KES) for our substitute teacher, paraprofessional and clerical needs beginning August 15, 2016.  Kelly will handle all the aspects of our substitutes including hiring, training and scheduling.  Advantages for substitutes include access to medical insurance, weekly pay, a bonus plan, and summer employment, if interested.

 

Substitutes Transitioning to Kelly Educational Staffing

If you worked for SubTeach during the 2015-16 school year or worked for Bryant Public Schools in the past, you are considered a transitioned substitute. You have completed all the hiring requirements (background screening, formal interview, letters of recommendation) and will not be required to go through the entire screening and hiring process.

Attendance at a sub transition meeting is required to transfer employment to Kelly and be able to continue working as a substitute in Bryant Schools. Click here for dates and a list of items to bring to the meeting. 

You must transition to KES by October 15, 2016 to receive the shortened hiring process offer to transitioning substitutes.

 

New Hires

New substitutes will be required to complete the entire screening and hiring process including but not limited to a face-to-face interview, background screening and drug testing (paid by substitute), two reference letters and education verification.
